6. Automatic Renewal

EstateReady Florida annual access is sold as a one-time subscription charge and does not automatically renew.

If renewal options are offered, you must choose to renew before or after your access expires. We do not charge renewal fees unless you actively complete another checkout.

7. Cancellation Policy

Because annual access does not automatically renew, there is no recurring billing plan to cancel.

You may continue to have access until the end of your current paid access period, unless your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds, credits, or account adjustments on a case-by-case basis.

No refund is guaranteed for failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with exam results, failure to pass an exam, partial use of a subscription period, or account termination due to violation of these Terms. This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. No Pass Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will pass any real estate licensing exam. Practice questions, quizzes, explanations, flashcards, and study materials are intended to help with preparation, but actual exam results depend on many factors.

10. No Official Affiliation

Unless clearly stated otherwise, EstateReady Florida is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any state real estate commission, licensing authority, government agency, or exam provider. Names of agencies, exams, or licensing bodies may be used only for identification and educational reference purposes.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to share login credentials, copy or redistribute website content without permission, use bots or automated tools, bypass payment or security controls, reverse engineer or interfere with the website, upload harmful content, use the website for illegal purposes, misrepresent your identity, or violate intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.
