REFUND AND RENEWAL POLICY
Refund and Renewal Policy
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Thank you for choosing EstateReady Florida. Please review this Refund and Renewal Policy carefully before beginning a trial or purchasing access to our exam-preparation materials.
No Refunds
All purchases made through EstateReady Florida are final and nonrefundable.
Because our products provide immediate access to digital educational content, including practice questions, simulated exams, quizzes, flashcards, answer explanations, and other study resources, we do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements after a purchase has been completed.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether a customer:
- Uses all or only part of the available content
- Completes the study program
- Passes or fails a licensing examination
- Changes their examination date
- Decides they no longer need the service
- Experiences scheduling or licensing issues
- Forgets to use the purchased access
- Purchases the wrong plan by mistake
Customers are responsible for reviewing the plan description, price, access period, and included features before completing a purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Trial Period
EstateReady Florida may offer eligible users a limited trial period. The length of the trial and the features included will be displayed when the user registers or begins the trial.
Starting a trial does not enroll the user in automatic renewal.
No payment will automatically be collected when the trial ends unless the user separately and knowingly completes a purchase.
When the trial period expires:
- Trial access will end automatically
- The user will not be automatically charged
- The trial will not automatically convert into a paid plan
- The user must manually purchase an access plan to continue using paid features
Availability of a trial may be limited to one trial per person, account, household, payment method, or email address. EstateReady Florida reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke trial access when misuse, duplication, fraud, or other abuse is suspected.
No Automatic Renewal
Paid access purchased through EstateReady Florida does not automatically renew unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise and the customer expressly agrees to recurring billing.
Under our standard nonrenewing plan:
- The customer pays once for the stated access period
- Access remains available until the displayed expiration date
- No additional payment is automatically collected
- The customer must manually purchase another access period to continue after expiration
For example, if a customer purchases one year of access, that access will expire at the end of the one-year period. EstateReady Florida will not automatically charge the customer for another year.
Access Expiration
Once a trial or paid access period expires, the customer may lose access to:
- Practice questions
- Simulated examinations
- Quizzes and flashcards
- Answer explanations
- Progress history
- Saved results
- Member-only materials
- Other paid platform features
Customers who wish to continue using EstateReady Florida after their access expires must manually purchase a new access period at the price available at that time.
Prices, features, and plan terms may change before a new purchase is made.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
Customers should contact EstateReady Florida promptly if they believe they were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a technical error.
We may investigate documented duplicate charges or payment-processing errors. Reporting a potential billing error does not guarantee a refund, but verified duplicate transactions caused by a technical or processing issue may be corrected when appropriate.
Technical Issues
Customers experiencing difficulty accessing their accounts or purchased materials should contact us for technical assistance.
A temporary technical issue, browser incompatibility, device limitation, interrupted internet connection, or failure to use the service does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified account-access problems associated with an active access period.
Examination Results Disclaimer
EstateReady Florida provides supplemental educational and exam-preparation materials. Purchasing or using our materials does not guarantee that a user will pass the Florida real estate licensing examination, obtain a license, secure employment, or achieve any particular result.
A user's examination performance depends on many factors, including course completion, preparation, study habits, understanding of the material, and individual performance on exam day. Examination results are not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact EstateReady Florida before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.
Submitting a false or improper payment dispute may result in the suspension or termination of the associated account. EstateReady Florida reserves the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with relevant purchase, login, access, and account records when responding to a dispute.
Changes to This Policy
EstateReady Florida may update this Refund and Renewal Policy periodically. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
The policy in effect at the time of a purchase will generally apply to that transaction, except where a change is required by law.
